Graduate Study Begins @ LREC
YES Teens Become Environmental Educators
Partnering with the Saint Louis Science Center, LREC hosted a group of teens as they spent the summer becoming familiar with our site and leading children in ecological investigations.
Learning Ecology One Screen at a Time
Two summer camp programs helped kids investigate Deer Creek first hand and then use computer tools from MIT to build models of aquatic ecosystems. Enjoy the kids’ work along with reflections from volunteer Ellen Hartz and her granddaughter Noa who participated in one of the camps.
