One of the benefits of outdoor learning is that you can sometimes bring the outdoors inside! The outdoor learning is extended and enhanced—especially when young, inquisitive, imaginative minds are given the freedom to shape that learning.

A case in point: The Brentwood Rock Museum at Brentwood Early Childhood Center. Miss Rachel and Miss Jan have provided an opportunity for their learners to discover, create and display—for the entire school community—a most informative and attractive exhibit.
